5.4.3 Act as Bursar, to collect and disburse funds.


5.4.4 Maintain accurate financial records, file tax returns and documents.


5.4.4.1 File an information tax return, Form 990 (Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax) with the Internal Revenue Service each year before the fifteenth (15th) day of the fifth (5th) month after the close of the fiscal year, if deemed necessary.


5.4.5 Prepare budgets and provide an annual report of the financial condition of the Society.


5.4.6 Maintain the membership list, the mailing list and Committee Members list


5.5 Duties and Responsibilities of Member at Large

               Member at Large shall:


5.5.1 Represent the interests of the membership at the AdCom meetings.


5.5.2 May be appointed, either temporarily or permanently until the end of the term, to fill a vacancy anywhere in the Society.


5.6 In the absence of the President, whether temporary or permanent, the order of secession shall be: Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. in the event that more than three positions of the AdCom are vacated simultaneously, the remaining members may act as a temporary quorum and appoint only the needed additional members to re-establish a proper quorum. At that point, the AdCom will function according to the established Constitution and Bylaws.
